A Clue?

What does it mean? Why the number 1/4? Timmy thinks it means there are going to be three more songs, and that there’ll be clues in them.
What clues could there possibly be in Magic Moments? Timmy’s certainly had plenty of magic moments with Clyde, we all have… is it something to do with the telephone call that tied up the line for hours and hours?

It makes no sense.
Is it the way that they cheered whenever their team was scoring a touchdown?
Or the way that the floor fell out of his car when he put the clutch down?
Timmy is excited. I’m just confused.
